As Lawrence sifted through his mail last fall, a plain black and white envelope caught his eye, and anxiety began to well up. It had his name in the clear plastic window and was clearly official business. His first impression was that this was a letter from the IRS. According to Nielson, Twitter reached 18.2 Million unique visitors last month. That’s up an astounding 1,448% from last year. Also up was the average time spent on the site – 175% more than the same time last year.
